Aloha!

Originally from Southern Cailfornia, my family moved to Taiwan in 1967, and then landed in Hawaii in 1969 when I was just ten years old. My passions are: Family, Surf, Travel, and Real Estate. I moved to Maui in 1984, after graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in December 1983. I have been an entrepenuer all my life, having only worked for others until I was twenty-four years old. I purchased my first home when I was twenty-five years old, got my Real Estate licence at twenty-six years old and never looked back. Partenting did not happen for me until later in life; fourty-two years old, but it has been my most reqarding chapter to date.

Children: One son 10/06/2001 and one daughter 03/17/1997.

Bachelor of Arts in Commiunications; University of Hawaii at Manoa 1983.

Built homes and Commercial property(s).

Vast experience in Land Entitlement.

Retired at 44 years old and re-entered the workplace at 51 years old (Sold my marketig company to Sunterra, a subsiderary of Goldman Sachs).

Owned and operated several Real Estate companies on and off for the past 35 years (Mostly on).

Was one of the very first to own at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, having closed on SR625 (3B/3B) on January 09, 2009.

Launched one of the very first Vacation Managmenent Companies to manage Vacation Rentals at Honua Kai Resort & Spa beginning March 2009.

Currently helping my young and energenitic business partners grow their business until my help is no longer needed, at which time family and travel will be my full-time reason.
